Most definitely. We develop the site so it is easy for you to add, edit, or remove content without needing to contact us for every little thing. We create a training and that includes live as well as custom videos for you to reference.
But there might be things that are more technical than you'd like us to handle instead. If that is the case, we're more than happy to help out. We offer FLAMCARE for our customers so you don't have to worry about managing or updating your website. For more complex assignments like multi-page reports, detailed infographics, or brand style guides, we factor in additional time to do the work justice. In these cases, our timeline is typically 3-5 days depending on the specifics and number of revisions.

We will offer unlimited revisions and requests as long as they are within reason. For example, it is perfectly natural to have multiple revisions during a design process which we're happy to accommodate as it's important we get this right and you are completely 100% satisfied with your design.
However, if you give approval after the first round of the design process and end up wanting to start the process over, will will charge for the extra time.
